Cristina Innocenti approaches yoga in her early 20ies and since then she has been studying oriental philosophies and religions. After a 15-year-practice of hatha yoga in Milan and Venice, she finally decides to commit herself to the teaching of yoga. She falls in love with ashtanga yoga during her first teacher training in India where she has been taught the traditional yoga science according to the ancient tradition of the Himalayan Masters as intended in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Advaita Vedanta philosophy and Samaya Sri Vidya Tantra. She has been teaching yoga in Venice since 2015. She is a 500 hours certified Yoga Alliance Teacher , registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK. She complies with the CPD protocol (Continuing Professional Development), attending national and international workshops (as with Kino Mac Gregor and Paramaguru Sharath Jois).

Cristina Innocenti si avvicina allo yoga intorno ai vent’anni e da allora si interessa alle religioni e alle filosofie orientali. Dopo aver praticato per 15 anni hatha yoga tra Milano e Venezia, decide di dedicarsi all’insegnamento. Si innamora dell’ashtanga yoga durante il suo primo teacher training in India dove viene introdotta al metodo yoga secondo l’antica tradizione dei Maestri dell’Himalaya come viene trasmessa negli Yoga Sutra di Patanjali, nel pensiero dell’Advaita Vedanta e secondo il Samaya Sri Vidya tantra. Insegna yoga a Venezia dal 2015. E’ un’insegnante yoga certificata 500 ore con Yoga Alliance e registrata con Yoga Alliance Professionals UK. Si attiene al protocollo dei CPD (Continuing Professional Development) seguendo ogni anno workshop con insegnanti yoga nazionali e internazionali (tra cui Kino McGregor e R. Sharath Jois).
